The Workers' Party's official newspaper, Rodong Sinmun, published Kim's response to President Lukashenko on its second page on Tuesday. Notably, Foreign Minister Choe reaffirmed North Korea's commitment to implementing the comprehensive strategic partnership treaty with Russia during her discussions with the delegation.
