He further asserted that the prosecutor’s office had essentially become a staging ground for collusion in the manipulated investigation and a de facto management office for former Chairman Sung Tae Kim while he was in custody.

He also insisted that the wrongful detentions resulting from what he described as a tainted investigation must be immediately halted and that former Vice Governor Hwa Young Lee be released. Han also demanded accountability, stating that the Ministry of Justice must immediately dismiss Prosecutor Sang Yong Park and conduct a comprehensive investigation, with strict punishment for all those involved in what he described as a manipulated investigation.
