The piece declared that the upcoming congress would establish a pivotal moment in bolstering the party's strength and development, while amplifying the momentum towards comprehensive progress in socialist construction.

The article further exhorted citizens to intensify their bold and aggressive efforts, urging them to advance vigorously into a new phase of transformation.

Page 2 spotlighted the new local industrial factory in Changyon County, which General Secretary Kim Jong Un visited on December 18. The newspaper reported that the people of Changyon County, with hearts full of boundless gratitude towards the mother party, would dedicate all their wisdom and passion to repay the regime by working towards an even more transformed hometown.
