It declared that the esteemed Comrade Kim embodies the powerful image of its unrivaled state, asserting that the state's supremacy is equivalent to that of the leader.

The newspaper proclaimed that the state and the people have become one, with the leader and the people forming a single great family. It called on citizens to fight even harder, brimming with confidence in victory, for the comprehensive development of the socialist system and the prosperous future of its eternally thriving homeland, following the brilliant blueprint laid out by its great party.

On page 3, the article highlighted the Three Great Revolutions implemented in cities and counties, emphasizing local revitalization. The report stated that the most crucial task is to develop the internal capacity to drive the growth of cities and counties. It added that a strong, self-reliant workforce, well-versed in the party's ideology and policies, equipped with modern scientific knowledge and high cultural standards, must be prepared for the party's local development plans to become a shining reality.
