The newspaper emphasized on the same page that the party's policies are an all-powerful encyclopedia, encouraging the people to study and implement these policies more thoroughly.

Page 2 reported that a delegation of Korean students from Japan, led by the principal of Kobe Korean Senior High School, arrived in Pyongyang on Tuesday to celebrate the 79th anniversary of the Korean Children's Union.
