Girl group A2O LITE has taken the music industry by storm just two weeks after their debut, proving their mettle as rookies.

A2O LITE made their grand entrance at the A2O global debut show WELCOME TO SOULITE From A2O SOUL A2O LITE on October 12 at KINTEX in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province. The group unveiled their debut track "NEON," instantly captivating the audience with their electrifying performance.

During the event, producer Lee Soo-man introduced the newly launched girl and boy groups, stressing that for K-pop groups, the song is the cornerstone of their identity. Being unique isn't enough; the music must resonate with and be loved by a wide audience. A2O LITE embodied this philosophy, debuting as a fully-formed girl group and igniting a firestorm of interest among K-pop enthusiasts.

Following their explosive debut, A2O LITE became the talk of the town. "NEON" skyrocketed up the charts upon its digital release the day after their debut show. On October 13, it entered Melon's daily chart at No. 59, soaring to No. 2 the next day. By October 15, it claimed the top spot - a mere three days after their debut show and two days post-release.

The group's appeal transcended borders, making waves globally. "NEON" clinched the No. 4 spot on Apple Music's "Today's TOP 100: Global" and dominated China's QQ Music charts, topping the new songs, popular songs, and music video rankings. The official music video amassed a staggering 27.9 million views by Tuesday, while their debut show performance on M2's YouTube channel surpassed 13.93 million views. For a rookie group to hit the 10-million-view mark on a performance video is unprecedented, underscoring the immense public interest in A2O LITE.

Riding their popularity wave, A2O LITE conquered music shows. They clinched first place on SBS Life's "The Show" (October 20), MBC M's "Show Champion" (October 21), Mnet's "M Countdown" (October 22), and "Inkigayo" (October 25). Securing four music show wins just 13 days after debut is a testament to their extraordinary impact. What's more, they achieved this feat with a digital single alone, without a physical album release - a remarkable accomplishment in the industry.

A2O LITE has firmly established themselves as trailblazers of the next K-pop generation, making an indelible mark on music charts, broadcasts, and global platforms right out of the gate. Their unprecedented success as rookies has fans eagerly anticipating how they'll continue to carve out their unique identity through future musical offerings and performances.

A2O LITE is set to continue their promotional activities for "NEON," keeping the momentum of their stellar debut going strong.
