"Cherish" is a catchy dance-pop number that showcases ILLIT's bold charm. The lyrics express curiosity about a love interest while asserting the importance of self-love. Upon its release, the song made a significant impact, charting on Billboard's Global 200 and Global (Excluding the U.S.) charts.
