Samsung Electronics Chairman Lee Jae-yong and Hong Ra-hee, former director of the Leeum Museum of Art, are attending the event titled Lee Kun-hee’s Project to Overcome Childhood Cancer and Rare Diseases: Opening Hope Together, Opening the Future, held on October 21, 2024, at Seoul National University Children’s Hospital in Jongno-gu, Seoul. The initiative to overcome childhood cancer and rare diseases, launched as part of the legacy of the late Lee Kun-hee, former chairman of Samsung, marks its fourth year this year.
