Wearable artificial intelligence (AI) diagnostic monitoring company Seers Technology announced on Tuesday that its inpatient monitoring platform, thynC™, has been adopted by over 30 hospitals, with approximately 3,000 additional beds secured in January alone.

A notable trend this year is the rapid expansion of the thynC platform into major general hospitals, including advanced medical centers. Following initial contracts with top-tier hospitals last year, the company has seen continued installations and new agreements since January.

The shift from ward-level adoption to hospital-wide implementation demonstrates the system's reliability even in large-scale healthcare environments.

ThynC pioneered the commercialization of a fixed wireless gateway structure in South Korea, which seamlessly integrates with existing hospital network infrastructures. This innovation allows entire wards to function as unified networks without overhauling current systems.

Unlike some competitors using portable gateway methods, thynC continuously collects data through permanently installed gateways in hospital wards.

This approach eliminates the need for staff to carry or charge mobile devices, minimizing signal disruptions and ensuring operational stability in large hospitals. The structural reliability has been key to thynC's rapid adoption by advanced medical centers.

Moreover, thynC stands out as the only platform in South Korea capable of immediate integration with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems via its fixed wireless gateway. This allows real-time connection of patient monitoring data with healthcare professionals' work systems, positioning thynC as a comprehensive ward management infrastructure rather than just a monitoring tool.

Seers manufactures essential wearable devices for vital signs monitoring, including electrocardiogram (ECG), oxygen saturation, temperature, and blood pressure. The company has developed an integrated platform that combines these devices with AI analysis solutions on a fixed network.

As the number of equipped beds grows, Seers benefits from a recurring revenue model through sensor upselling and subscription services. The recent addition of 3,000 beds in January is expected to accelerate the platform's revenue growth.

Seers is also expanding internationally, with pilot programs underway in collaboration with major hospital groups in the Middle East. The company anticipates significant overseas revenue once these contracts are finalized, creating a two-pronged growth strategy encompassing both domestic and international markets.
