CJ Logistics has achieved tangible sales growth through its small business support program, which combines delivery fee assistance with YouTube content and sales events. One standout success story is Ondam Food, a marinated crab specialist, which saw its sales skyrocket by approximately 600% compared to its previous average immediately following the campaign.

On Monday, CJ Logistics announced the conclusion of its small food business support campaign, aptly named, Together We Thrive, Value We Create.

This initiative builds upon last year's 10,000 KRW (7.5 USD) Review project, which spotlighted small food brands. This year's campaign, dubbed the National Delivery Food Discovery Project, expanded its scope by openly recruiting participating companies and offering a comprehensive package of logistics support, product promotion, and sales assistance.

The month-long application period, starting from April 27, saw an overwhelming response with 226 small food businesses nationwide throwing their hats in the ring. After a rigorous evaluation process focusing on product competitiveness and delivery suitability, CJ Logistics selected 27 companies to receive delivery support funds. From this group, 10 standout businesses that passed a blind review were awarded additional backing for YouTube content production and sales events.

The promotional campaign leveraged CJ Logistics' YouTube channel "Igeone" and partnered with popular creator "Black and White Review," boasting 860,000 subscribers. Their Og Manager's Delivery Meal series, featuring dishes like kimchi stew, braised short ribs, and marinated crab, struck a chord with viewers, amassing an impressive 4.28 million views across related videos.

Two companies that garnered exceptional consumer interest were given the spotlight on "Black and White Review's" main channel. The strategic release of these videos, coupled with simultaneous product sales events, was designed to convert content views into actual purchases.

Ondam Food reported a staggering 600% increase in sales compared to its previous average, attributing this surge to the influx of new customers following the campaign. This success story underscores the effectiveness of CJ Logistics' holistic support model, which goes beyond mere promotion to drive substantial sales growth.

Kim In-soo, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ondam Food, expressed his gratitude, saying that even working until 4:00 a.m., it didn't feel tired because of how busy they were. He's deeply thankful to CJ Logistics for creating opportunities to introduce our products to a wider consumer base and propel the business growth.

CJ Logistics emphasized that this program not only alleviates the logistics and marketing burdens for small businesses but also creates a symbiotic ecosystem where increased sales for client companies naturally lead to higher delivery volumes. Looking ahead, the company plans to continue leveraging its nationwide logistics network and digital content expertise to support small businesses.

A CJ Logistics spokesperson stated that the goal was to provide tangible sales opportunities for small businesses that, despite having excellent products, struggle to grow due to promotional and logistics challenges. It remains committed to fostering mutually beneficial relationships that drive growth for both the client companies and themselves.
